41. Where can I enter my Wallet address for commissions and/or production?

You can receive commissions (if you are an affiliate) and/or daily mining yields (if you are a customer) in a single personal wallet. To add this wallet to the system, proceed as follows:

1. Click on the gear icon in the top-left corner of your Virtual Office.

2. Click on the "WALLET PRODUZIONE" (Production Wallet) option.

3. Enter the BTC wallet address to receive commissions (which are paid exclusively in Bitcoin); if you have purchased Bitcoin mining power, the mined output will also be sent to this same wallet.

If you have purchased LTC (including DOGE) and/or KASPA mining power, enter the respective wallet addresses in the designated fields.

Please note: 2FA must be configured to access this feature.

Note: If you had already submitted your wallet details before the new platform launched, please open a support ticket requesting to change the previously entered wallet; the support team will then update your status to allow you to enter the new wallet(s).
