The reasons why your bonus has not been paid could be:
- You have not yet entered your wallet address.
- You entered an incorrect wallet address; therefore, you need to email dbmoversupport@dbmitaliaspa.it to change it (please provide the correct wallet address).
- You did not submit a cashout request before midnight on Sunday.
- You have exceeded the €5,000 limit and need to send the necessary documentation to Support to update your tax status.
Consequently, your commissions will be paid once all the above conditions have been met.
