44. Why haven't I been paid my Direct Bonus?

The reasons why his Bonus has not been paid can be:

- He/she has NOT yet entered his/her bitcoin Wallet address on the bitcoin network (since last July 6th EVERYONE had to re-enter his/her Wallet at the first cashout) 

- You have entered an incorrect Wallet address so you need to write to: wallet@dbmitaliaspa.it to change it (send the correct Wallet)

- You have NOT made your cashout request before midnight on Thursday 

- the 14 days for the Right of Withdrawal have NOT elapsed from the ORDER DATE of the sale you made, considering that payment reports are made every Friday as follows: Friday of report minus 14 days backwards

Friday 18 August all commissions accrued up to Friday 4 August 2023 (14 days backwards) were reported.

- you have exceeded the €5.000 limit and need to send Support the necessary documentation to change your tax position.

Therefore your commissions will be paid to you when all the above-mentioned conditions are fulfilled.
