The production start date is specified in the details of the purchased package and can be checked via your Dashboard on the ORDERS page (simply leave the "Reference Month" field blank and click "OK").
You can track the daily mined BTC via the pool link provided when the purchase was initiated (20 days for Bitcoin; 45 days for Litecoin and Kaspa).
